Delete your Nasiha account

Your account. Your choice.

You can permanently delete your account inside Nasiha. You do not need to call us, explain your decision, or disconnect each brokerage first.

Delete in the app

  1. Open Nasiha and sign in to the account you want to delete.
  2. Open More → Settings → Your data → Delete account.
  3. Review what will be removed and confirm that you want to delete your account.
  4. If you use email sign-in, select Permanently delete account. If you use Apple sign-in, confirm the linked Apple identity to revoke its authorization and finish deletion.
  5. Keep the app open until it confirms deletion and signs you out. Deletion starts immediately and cannot be undone once completed.

What is removed

A successful deletion revokes linked Plaid access and removes your Nasiha sign-in account, profile, and saved brokerage connection credentials from our active database. The app also removes your locally saved account name and onboarding record on that device. Your brokerage accounts stay open and your investments are not sold or moved.

What may remain

Separate waitlist subscriptions, support correspondence, limited security records, and backups are not all erased by this action. Shared stock-screening reports describe securities and can remain. See our retention policy for the purposes and limits of this retention. Information held independently by your brokerage or other providers follows their policies.

To remove a separate waitlist subscription, request waitlist removal from the subscribed address.

If Apple confirmation is unavailable

Select Delete without Apple confirmation and confirm the separate warning. This still requires revoking linked Plaid access. After Nasiha confirms deletion, remove Nasiha in your Apple Account's Sign in with Apple settings or at account.apple.com.

If deletion fails or you cannot sign in

An error or interrupted connection is not confirmation that deletion finished. Some brokerages may already be disconnected. Try signing in again; if your account is still available, retry deletion. If you cannot regain access, contact support from your account email and ask for account-deletion help. We will need to verify ownership before acting. Do not send passwords, authentication codes, brokerage credentials, or full account numbers.

Uninstalling the app or signing out does not delete your account. To stop only a brokerage connection, use Settings → Connected accounts → Disconnect.
